Time to retire the 20?

Jorge Posada is not only the catcher for the New York Yankees with the #20 but also has been a Yankee for 20 years.  This was most likely his final year as a Yankee because he doesn't believe they will offer him an extension.  He is currently in a personal struggle he says the Yankees are like his second family and he hates to have to leave but he isn't sure he wants to retire just yet at age 40.  Currently 5 teams have called to offer him a deal but he has yet to respond not sure yet what to do.  He has been a Yankee since the very start i can see how hard it is to let them go.  But if I were in his shoes I personally would want to retire as a Yankee all my life no short stint with some other team.  He may even have the glory of having his number retired and with that honor i would hate to not retire with them.  So should #20 retire yes and should his number be retired as well yes!!!!!!
